  • Legal action for the settlement of real estate disputes (acquisitive prescription);
  • Litigations connected with the real estate incidents and privileges (i.e. right-of-way, toll traverse, etc.)
  • Litigations connected with real estate boundaries incidents;
  • Legal actions and petitions aimed at the defense of the real estate and property right;
  • Eviction disputes;
  • Settlement of the disputes connected to the partition of assets.
• Assistance and representation in enforcement proceedings, including enforcement procedure litigations and claims.
• Drawing documents such as, but not limited to:
  • Claims, petitions, appeals etc.;
  • notice, summons, addresses, transactions;
  • counterclaims;
  • authentication claims and exequatur claims.
• Assistance and representation in front of public notaries and other institutions, including but not limited to the representation in the administrative procedure of real estate registration and cadastre. Drawing sale, lease, loan, exchange, mandate, maintenance, life annuity, undertaking works, donations, transactions, association contracts;
• Assistance and representation in the negotiations and disputes related to execution of civil contracts, such as, but not limited to: sale, exchange, donation, rental / lease, loan, life annuity, maintenance;
• Assistance and representation in the process of setting up of associations, foundations, nonprofit organizations, unions, federations; counseling services regarding the operation and current activity of the aforementioned entities.
